Barack Obama vince in 13 Stati, Hillary in 8, ma si porta a casa New York, New Jersey e California e ora ha un centinaio di delegati in più. Ma Obama c’è e c’è per correre ancora. Dal suo discorso di Chicago, questa notte, alcuni spunti “universalmente validi”: «Change will not come if we wait for some other person or if we wait for some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for». Il cambiamento non dipende da altri se non da noi, siamo noi quelli che stavamo aspettando. «Our time has come». Il nostro tempo è venuto. «It’s different not because of me. It’s different because of you, because you are tired of being disappointed and you’re tired of being let down. You’re tired of hearing promises made and plans proposed in the heat of a campaign, only to have nothing change when everyone goes back to Washington». E’ grazie a voi e alla vostra stanchezza nei confronti della cattiva politica, che tutto questo è diverso. Non dimenticatelo. Non dimentichiamolo.
